We stayed here while in Los feliz visiting my dad. It is very comfortable remember this is not a 5 star hotel. It is more of a rustic cute motel that is very clean and you won't break your savings account to stay here. ... The building is older with charm and the staff here are amazing...very convenient and has gas station across the street open 24 hours should you have a hankering for a diet Pepsi or a shot of tequila.. also has plenty of shopping right up the road...and really close to hollywood for those who don't live in Hollywood it is the perfect distance from the Blvd for a quiet nights sleep yet close enough to get out a party. If you want a friendly clean out of the night life place this is it and at 100 a night for 2 beds it is perfect.
I currently reside in Glendale. My apartment building had termites and I had to be out for a few days, due to them placing a tent on my building, to discharge chemicals! Darn critters! After shopping around in Glendale, the rates there are a bit expensive! considering I have to come out of the pockets, for room and board. The management company will reimburse me but we all know how long that would take, therefore I needed cost effective options! I had found Los Feliz Hotel on Yelp. I've called, and their rates are reasonable. The staff there had excellent customer service skills. It only get better, there are a number of bars, restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area! Did I also mention Griffith Park is down the street? HOLLA!! The place is well kept and maintained. Parking is available, but space is limited. There's plenty of street parking thou. I was totally pleased! My only complaint is, I can't seem to find any yoga places on Los Feliz! The nearest place would be, a 5 minute drive (if that) Viva Yoga!!!
One night stay while traveling thru LA trucking , very happy with quality of room and courtesy / help from staff . Good value , clean room , firm mattress , quiet , no rude loud neighbors this particular night . Went to Griffith park/ Observatory , Very close proximity and very short uber ride over there. After Griffith I went to eat , there are many , many dining options available nearby. It's a very nice , safe neighborhood. You can walk around and enjoy a great LA vibe . .I felt very safe walking around alone in this area..This is a good place to visit, great area of L.A. , and NOT overly expensive , I will return
I love staying here on my visits to LA, it's next to the best bars in LA too - The Roost, Bigfoot Lodge, Tam O'Shanter! Retro motel but it's all you need, fantastic Aircon too. And parking (first come, first served).

Nice, quiet, clean close to conveniences. Very lit. Felt pretty safe. Good a/c and tv reception. No wi fi that we found. Oh well.
